Almost immediately after the first baby is born a woman usually knows that her life is no longer the same (nor her sleeping pattern). The focus becomes about the child, and as the child becomes more than one and it is now children the responsibilities increase. If you do not take care of yourself you are setting the stage for your children to do the same as well.
